December Kennedy started writing as a child after watching Stephen King's book turned movie "The Shawshank Redemption".  She finished her first 'novel' when she was 11. It was poorly written, but she finished it, and she cherish's it to this day.  She has journaled or blogged every single day since then. In 2004  she started following her dreams and submitting her work to several different markets, including blogging her first love, on xanga.com. She has been a writer for The Scene Magazine in Fort Collins Colorado, Every article she wrote made the front page, and she had the honor of being chosen to interview celebrities and local musicians the like. December started writing for other venues as well, including blogswap and Nightlife.
